As a Thanksgiving to Almighty God for the safe return of the Sailors and Soldiers of this Parish and to the Glorious Memory of the Fallen who served in the European War 1914-1919. This window is the gift of the Parishioners. The work of righteousness shall be peace.

To the Glory of God and in loving memory of Corporal John Hanson Shaw 1st/8th West Yorkshire Regiment Killed in Action July 18th 1915, Aged 21 years, Buried at Ypres – Also Second Lieutenant Joshua Harold Shaw 1st West Yorkshire Regiment died of wounds May 1st 1918 aged 31 years, Buried at Esquelbecq France. Beloved sons of T. W. and M. Shaw, Oak Road, Pudsey.
